AN EXTRAORDINARY EVENT
 
In Cortona from September 6th, 2008 to January th 11 th, 2009 : the MAEC Museum of Cortona will open six new showrooms
 for the exhibition of new Etruscan archeological findings discovered recently in the necropolis
of Melone located in Sodo: jewels, potteries, furnishings and other objects for daily use.
Furthermore it will present a collection of thirty masterpieces of great artistic value of Etruscan art coming from the Ermitage Museum in Saint Petersburg and which has never left Russia before.
